Healthy Eating and Body Image

Every BODY is different, but one thing we all need is proper nutrition. Nutritional wellness is nourishing our bodies with a variety of different foods that provide us with the proper amounts of nutrients to influence our overall health.

What we put into our bodies matter. Developing a healthy relationship with food and your body is an excellent way to achieving overall wellness. It is crucial to eat healthy when away to college. Remember, healthy eating gives the brain and the body the vitamins and minerals needed to stay well.
