Fitness BootCamp

Join the EKU Fitness Team for a 5 week Fitness BootCamp!

When: Tuesday and Thursdays from 6:30-7:30pm for 5 weeks starting Tuesday, April 7th. The initial meeting will take place in The Zone at the Fitness and Wellness Center on Monday, April 6th at 5:15pm.

Where: Bootcampers will meet in front of the Fitness and Wellness Center before every class.

Cost: $5; each participant will receive a t-shirt

Fitness Bootcamp is a program designed for increasing strength, endurance, and confidence.  This five week program will encourage you to lose inches and firm your body in a fun, encouraging environment.  Participants will complete an intitial fitness assessment along with weekly assessments to track their progress. 

Registration will open on March 10th at the Fitness and Wellness Center Front Desk.  $5 must be paid at time of registering.

Limit 50 registrants.
