EKU Campus Recreation's Adventure Programs has a ton of fun and educational clinics available this semester, the next one is "Outdoor Essentials."  It will be on November 16th at 9:00am-3:00pm.  This clinic will build upon the top rope and lead climbing clinics to provide instruction in basic sport climbing anchor construction, cleaning, and rappelling.  There are some prerequisties for this clinic, climbers must have a current lead climbing certificate and be in good standing at the climbing center.

Meet Campus Recreation's Health Promotion team on Tuesday, November 19th from 12pm-2pm at Keen Johnson Plaza.

Did you know, more than 34 million Americans smoke cigarettes and vape daily? Come to learn more about cigarette smoking, vaping and more! There will be free food, hot chocolate, and fun!

Top Rope Belay Clinic #6

EKU Campus Recreation has a ton of fun and educational adventure clinics planned for this semester.  The next available clinic is a Top Rope Belay (our last belay clinic of the semester) where trained staff members will assist you in rock climbing techniques needed to keep you safe, you will learn about equipment, knots climbing, techniques, catching falls, and lowering participants.  All experience levels are welcome and encouraged to participate.  The clinic is on November 22nd from 4:00pm-6:00pm at the Climbing Wall.
