This April, we want to challenge you to take part in the B. Fit program. Fitness activities and healthier food choices wil earn you points that you can "cash" in at the end of the month.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Fitness activities have a SWEAT METER and healthy food options have a GREEN LEAF METER. to earn your points, take a picture of the food selection or the fitness activity you are doing and TWEET it using the hashtag #fitastic. Make sure you include where you are eating or what class or fitness activity you are doing in your TWEET.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY POINTS ACTIVITIES OR FOOD CHOICES HAVE?
Each Group Exerice class has a Sweat icon to signify how many points the class is worth. The more Sweat drops, the more points the class is worth.
You can also earn points for actvities outside of Group Exercise classes, such as personal training, fitness evaluations, and Fat Tuesday assessments.
Certain menu items will have a Green Leaf icon to signify how many points the food choice is worth. the more Leaves, the more points. It's really that simple!
WHEN CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS?
Points can be redeemed starting Wednesday, May 1. Points must be redeemed by Friday, May 10. Any participants that do not redeem points by May 10 will forfeit their right to redeem them. All prizes are on a first come first serve basis. We can not gaurantee that there will be a prize available when you redeem your points.
