Below we have various outdoor recreation resources to help get you through the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to this page, throughout the week we will be adding more information and other resources to continue to help you stay physically and mentally active at home. The Adventure Programs department will continue to have items listed throughout the week via Instagramfacebooktwitterand youtube.

The all encompassing resource for how to train at home with minimal equipment.

Power Company:

Much like Training Beta, this site is intended towards increasing your climbing stength and power.

Crux Climbing Center Online Classes

General Fitness classes with climbers in mind. Yoga, HIIT, and other classes to keep you physically fit for when walls open back up.


Richmond Parks and Recreation:

Information on the status of offerings within the city of Richmond.

Lexington Parks and Recreation:

Information on the status of offering withing the city of Lexington.

Muir Valley Website:

The access fund resource for one of the largest areas for outdoor recreation in the Red River Gorge

Red River Gorge Climbers Coalition:

Much like the Muir Valley Website, this encompasses all of Red RIver Gorge climbing

Mountain Project:

Free forum for climbing information. Areas, Crags, and Routes are posted as an online guide.

Red River Climbing:

The free forum for climbing information in Red River Gorge.
