PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

STUDENT Individual & Partner Training Sessions

Individual training sessions  Each session is one (1) hour.  A great way to get one-on-one instruction incorporating exercise plans, goal-setting & health  education. All packages include a fitness assessment and consultation.

Costs:

1 personal training session = $20.00 

3 personal training sessions = $55.00 

5 personal training sessions = $85.00 

10 personal training sessions = $150.00 

Partner training sessions Each session is one (1) hour.  A great way to meet your fitness goals while working out with a friend!  Limit 2 members with similar fitness goals per group.  

Costs:

1 personal training session = $30.00 

3 personal training sessions = $85.00 

5 personal training sessions = $135.00 

10 personal training sessions = $250.00 

 

NON-STUDENT MEMBER Individual & Partner Training Sessions

Individual training sessions  Each session is one (1) hour.  A great way to get one-on-one instruction incorporating exercise plans, goal-setting & health  education. All packages include a free fitness assessment and consultation. 

Costs:

1 personal training session = $25.00

3 personal training sessions = $70.00

5 personal training sessions = $105.00 

10 personal training sessions = $190.00

Partner training sessions Each session is one (1) hour.  A great way to reach your fitness goals while working out with a friend!  Limit 2 members with similar fitness goals per group.  

Costs:

1 personal training session = $35.00

3 personal training sessions = $100.00

5 personal training sessions = $155.00 

10 personal training sessions = $275.00 

 

Fees

All fees must be paid in advance at the front desk of the Fitness & Wellness Center during facility hours of operation.   Cash, checks & credit cards are accepted.  Clients will be paired with a personal trainer who will administer the comprehensive fitness assessment prior to the start of the training sessions & develop the customized workout program for the client.  The client & trainer will set up a training schedule based upon availability & number of sessions purchased by the client.  Please come dressed to workout for all sessions.

Workout Apparel

Please dress comfortably in clothing that is both breathable and non-restrictive. A t-shirt should be worn or on hand at all times. Shoes should be practical, supportive, and comfortable.  If you have questions in regards to your workout gear, please ask your trainer.
